Today, the group continues to generate the level of excellence necessary to entice audiences of all ages by playing straight-ahead, high-energy rock &roll with the same passion and intensity they have been delivering for over
30+ years.
Over the years the band has performed countless shows at nightclubs, schools and festivals across the Midwest as well as appearing in support of acts such as Styx, Rick Derringer, Heartsfield, Leslie West & Buddy Miles. Their many and varied experiences have enabled the group to evolve into the powerhouse of classic rock it is today.
The fact that STORMCROW traces its roots back to the Seventies is clearly evidenced by their covers of great classic bands such as Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep, Foghat, Bad Company & Cheap Trick. Yet, they are definitely not stuck in a time warp. Their style lends itself perfectly to '80s and '90s acts like Bon Jovi, Stone Temple Pilots or Creed. And, they're perfectly at home covering more modern groups such as Foo Fighters or Velvet Revolver.
Individually, they are five talented musicians:
Michael Childs - Drums, Lead & Background Vocals, Percussion
Billy Stone - Lead & Background Vocals, Keyboards, Percussion
Greg Wendorf - Bass Guitar & Background Vocals
Ray Hughes - Lead & Rhythm Guitars, Background Vocals
Jimi Repeta - Lead & Rhythm Guitars, Keys, Vocals
